I wrote, almost stream-of-consciousness, a list of reasons why I must live…reasons I want to wake up the next morning. What I saw was that many of the reasons were things people would generally consider to be trivial. So I realized, maybe happiness is to be found in the little things that surround us, and what we really require to overcome our problems may be all around us.
